Abstract

The paper proposes the techniques for evaluating emergency protection effectiveness
with a stuck most effective CR using the measured worth of certain CR groups. The paper
gives estimation of probable uncertainties of weight coefficients, which are introduced to the
worth of individual CR group in EP weight, and the proposed techniques as a whole.
