Abstract

The paper reports on Moscow meeting of working group H, which was held in
?Kurchatov Institute?, June 28-29. The meeting was attended by 26 physicists from 13
institutions of Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Russia and the Ukraine.
